Come see us, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
A centrally located, diverse complex, the Florida State Fairgrounds hosts special events, festivals, and competitions year-round. Recent renovations to the fairgrounds' entrances, which embrace the Mediterranean Revival architecture of historic Tampa, have further elevated the property's prominence in the community.
The Florida State Fairgrounds is home to the rural Florida folk life museum, Doyle Carlton, Jr. Cracker Country, and the annual Florida State Fair each February. The Florida State Fairgrounds is also home to the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center, a full service facility that hosts a variety of prestigious horse shows throughout the year.
With a strong focus on agriculture, education and community service, the Florida State Fairgrounds is committed to serving the entertainment needs of West Central Florida and the people of Tampa Bay.
